I have recently installed TrueComp, Callidus Portal & TrueInformation 5.2.4, but have not quiet yet figured out how to get the TrueComp hyperlink to appear in the drop down menu (same menu where link to TI, TA etc appears) on the Callidus Portal. Would appreciate any feendback :)

Hi

Check if you have an entry for Truecomp in CS_INSTALLEDPRODUCT

If you have no entry in there then this hyperlink will not be present.

Hi Philip,

You are right, in the CS_Installed product table I only got TINF and CPOR entries.

Would you know the best way to add TrueComp in? Also, by the looks of it, I think a license key is requried as well? Don't think callidus provides one for TrueComp, for the partners downloadable version?

Thanks again,

Hi,

You are correct in that this entry should be added when you run the TrueComp-ApplyLicence command.

However you can add this entry manually if required in the DB.

Actually,

I'ev just realised that I forgot to execute the "apply license step" when installing TrueComp! Hopefully this should resolve it.

Thanks, Philp
