We would particularly like to hear from you if your proven track record includes success in any of the following areas:

• Data integration specialists having strong skills in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or IBM DB2. Experience with Informatica PowerCentre or any major SPM software solution is also a plus. Programming experience using Visual Basic, Java or C/C++ is beneficial.
• Functional analysts & compensation specialists with real-world experience using Callidus, Merced Systems, Varicent, Xactly, or any other major SPM software. Foreign languages can be particularly beneficial in this role.
• Reporting specialists with strong SQL skills and a thorough knowledge of HTML and web based information delivery techniques. Experience in Actuate or Cognos is essential and knowledge of Business Objects, Informatica, or any major EIM software solution is a plus.

We are also very keen to hear from graduates who are interested in starting a career as a consultant. Graduate applicants must be able to prove they have the skills required to become an OpenSymmetry consultant and an ability to develop into a more senior role in a short timescale.

To achieve this standard, graduates must be able to demonstrate:

• A good degree (or equivalent) in a numerate discipline from a reputable institution
• Clear and effective communication skills in written and spoken English (other languages may also be useful)
• The willingness and ability to undertake 100% travel
• Work experience in a customer facing role is beneficial but not essential
• The right to work and live in the European Union
